• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio with your permission

All underlying technology, processes, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of Renzu.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required upfront for all services. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis:

• Full refund available if we cannot deliver the agreed upon services
• Partial refunds may be available if services are significantly delayed beyond agreed timelines
• No refunds after final delivery and client approval of images
• Disputes should be raised within 14 days of delivery

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question

• We make no guarantees about specific business results or conversion rates
