By accessing or using Renzu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Renzu.

Renzu is an AI product image generation service for ecommerce and marketing use. You can upload a product image or provide product information, generate lifestyle image previews, review the results, and choose which images to download.

• Generation and preview exploration are free.
• Previews may be watermarked or lower-resolution.
• Paid downloads provide clean, high-resolution image files without a watermark.
• Renzu is designed to preserve your product while changing the setting, lighting, styling, and composition around it.

When using Renzu, you agree to:

• Own or have the rights to the product images you submit.
• Provide accurate product information where requested.
• Review previews before paying for or using downloaded images.
• Use Renzu only for lawful purposes.
• Not submit content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or infringing on another party's rights.

Renzu's standard self-serve price is $19 USD per downloaded image. You are charged once for each image you choose to download. There are no setup fees, starter fees, subscriptions, or minimum orders for the standard self-serve workflow.

Taxes, payment processing charges, or currency conversion costs may apply where required and will be handled through the payment flow. Prices may change in the future, but any change will not affect images you have already paid to download.

You do not pay for previews you do not want. Because Renzu lets you review previews before purchase, paid downloads are generally final unless required by law or there is a technical delivery issue with the downloaded file.

After successful payment, you may use downloaded Renzu images for ecommerce and marketing purposes, including websites, product pages, ads, emails, catalogues, and social content.

Preview images are provided solely for evaluation and may not be published, distributed, sold, advertised, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose. You must not remove, obscure, crop out, edit over, or otherwise alter or circumvent any watermark or other protective feature applied to a preview.

• You keep your rights in the original product assets you submit.
• You are responsible for ensuring your product assets, brand assets, and use of downloaded images comply with applicable laws and third party rights.
• Renzu retains ownership of its platform, technology, workflows, models, and underlying systems.

AI-generated images can vary and may contain errors. Renzu aims to preserve the submitted product, but you are responsible for reviewing each preview before purchase and each downloaded image before using it commercially.

Renzu does not guarantee that any image will produce a specific business result, sales result, or advertising performance.

Renzu handles personal information, product images, generated previews, downloads, and payment-related data according to our Privacy Policy. We do not use your submitted images for model training.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Renzu as the product evolves. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Renzu after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renzu is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for a paid download is limited to the amount you paid for that specific download, except where the law requires otherwise.
